All members, by Groupon or otherwise, are subject to the Bad Attitude Clause in our gym. Here it is, for those who haven't seen it:
You agree to perform all exercises as instructed by Fit2Fight Omaha, LLC coaches. You agree that you will check your ego at the door, and commit to learning CrossFit as instructed by Fit2Fight Omaha, LLC coaches.
If you bring an unduly bad attitude that upsets the positive environment of our gym, we reserve the right to ask you to leave. If your bad attitude continues, you will be asked to leave the gym permanently, and your membership will be terminated but you will NOT be given a refund. Bad attitudes may consist of: not accepting the instruction of Fit2Fight Omaha, LLC coaches, not checking your ego at the door, or making negative comments.
Bad attitudes include whining about the workouts! We understand you may have to scale some of the weights or perform different movements sometimes due to your past injuries or level of experience. But saying, "Becasue I don't want to" or "it hurts" is not a good enough reason.
Why do you CrossFit? If you cannot answer that question with "because I want to get better, fitter, faster, or stronger" then you should join a different gym.
We've noticed that our Groupon class times have been very full for the past two weeks, so we've opened up some new class times. Please visit the schedule at MindBody, even if you have previously signed up for class, because your class time has changed, and you must sign up again!

If you bought a Groupon, you must sign up for your first class online at our MindBody site. This link can also be found in the top toolbar under "Schedule and Sign up for Classes!"
Groupon members will be able to sign up for two class times during the week, 6 am and 6:30pm, and any class on Saturday and Sunday, 12pm, 1pm, or 2pm.
To sign up for a class, find the date and time to sign up on the schedule and click the "sign up now" button. You will be promted to login. You may login with a Facebook account, if you have one.
Once you have signed in, you will be taken to the "Make a single reservation" page confirming the date and time of the class you wish to attend. Click the reservation button.
Next, choose the Groupon deal that you bought, "Groupon - 10 classes" or "Groupon - 6week"
Finally, click "Check out" and "Place order" on the next two screens.
You must sign up for a class at least 60 minutes before the class starts. If you need to cancel, please do so 30 minutes before the start of the class. Otherwise, you may be charged for the class even though you didn't show up! (This is important to those who buy the 10-class deal!)
Please bring your Groupon receipt / voucher to your first class (smart phone receipt is fine).
Everyone must sign a liablity waiver before their first class!

A note for current members: You may sign up for the Groupon Only class times, but these workouts will be more simplified programming for beginners.

- Click on the "Sign up now" button next to the class time you want to attend. You must sign up for INTRO-1, INTRO-2, and INTRO-3 for your first three classes.
- A pop up window will appear, asking you to login or sign up.
- New members please create a login and fill out your profile information.
- For new members, select the type of AmazonLocal deal that you purchased: 4 or 8 week. You will still have to bring in a printed copy of your voucher (or show it on your smartphone) to your first visit so we can verify your purchase.
- Click on, "Make a Single Reservation"
- A confirmation screen will appear with your scheduled class.
